1) Application prompts the message: Enter Valid key.

Please mail us the application name & your device ID,so that we can generate a unique activation key for you.
We require your device ID to authenticate your purchase. Activation key is unique for each device and each
application.

To find your device ID, please follow these steps!

  1. In the Home screen on your BlackBerry device, scroll to and click the OPTIONS icon.
  2. The Device Options screen appears. Scroll to and click Status.
  3. In the Status screen, scroll to the PIN (format will be XXXXXXXX where "X" is a hexadecimal number, ranging from 0-9, A-F).

2) I am unable to install your product \ installation problems.

Here are the steps for installing our product on to your blackberry

    OVER THE AIR (OTA) INSTALLATION
  1. Over the air installations (called OTA) allow you to point your BlackBerry browser to a file, and have it
    downloaded and installed directly from there.
  2. When you directly select the link from the browser of your mobile, you will be prompted to download the
    product.
  3. Once the download has completed, the installation should begin manually.
  4. If it doesn’t, click the Install button. Once it has successfully completed, click OK.
  5. And now your newly installed product is up & is in use.

If you are still unable to put the product on your phone, please contact us through mail.

3) Steps for applying a theme from mobile phone.

  1. Please reboot your device first.
  2. Please go to Options> Theme where you find the themes list you have installed
  3. Select the theme that has just been installed
  4. Select Menu->Options->Apply

4) My theme is not visible in my theme list.

If the theme is in your applications list & not visible in your themes list, then the issue is that you have
downloaded the wrong OS version.

The OS version of your device & the OS version of your theme are different. To make sure you download the correct OS version for your model,
Click on "Options" then click on "About"on your BlackBerry.
The OS version will be "v.4.****" or "v.5.****" . Please mail us along with the theme name, OS version & the device model!!

5) I am not able to access all the backgrounds in my theme.

Different backgrounds of the theme are visible when you navigate from screen to screen.
They are screenwise backgrounds.

The different screen backgrounds appear in the following screens

  1. Home screen
  2. Application Screen
  3. Incoming Call Screen
  4. Active Call Screen
  5. Lock Screen.

6) How do I go with the Appworld download errors?

We don't get any support from Appworld.Please refer to the BlackBerry App World support page, at http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/blackberryappworld.jsp
